Disgusting customer service !

My elderly female lone pensioner neighbour had locked herself out of her house on this cold January evening. She came to my house to call More Than ( Royal Sun Alliance ) as she was covered under her home emergency policy . She was on hold for almost an hour , with repetitive ‘ our agents are busy dealing with other calls .... ‘ and then they just hung up on her and cut the call after almost an hour on hold ! What ??
