Buying promotions are great across multi platforms

Other than the monthly statement being confusing to calculate exact monthly interest free obligations, promotions are great, 3in1 when available good too. The exchange rates could be more competitive. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

Good customer service issues with monthly statement ...

Good customer service only issues I have is every month setting up different direct debit amounts have had issues with being told to change 5 days prior to payment date to 1 month before after getting late payment charges. Now I do it manually. Also monthly statement is hard to calculate with total monthly amount to pay when having 0% monthly deals & daily spends. Have to calculate everyone separately to total up what I have to pay as a statement balance. Reviewed on: 11th May 2026
