Excellent customer service and savings rates.

It was easy to set up an account. The app is very user friendly and appears secure. I particularly liked the fact that money could only be withdrawn to a single linked account. Customer service is excellent. I have found it easy to contact a real person to help with any queries and that is very unusual these days. Monument are also very good at keeping me informed of changes to their accounts. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025
