Good all round service and easy to make changes online or over chat. Not the cheapest and unable to review the claim process at the moment. However nothing negative to write about so far. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Great rates, and easy to manage.

I have used Zopa for years now for multiple loans. Managing my account online is very easy and includes the ability to make extra payments and seeing how much I have actually paid off. You can also check rates available meaning if you are offered a lower percentage rate you could save some money by switching to a new loan. Reviewed on: 29th November 2019

Possibly the best lender available today!

Great rates, quick application and turn around times. I have used Zopa for many years for car, motorcycle and home improvement loans. Not only do they beat my bank offerings, they offer top ups and easy overpayment options including paying off the whole amount all online. Brilliant. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

3rd time borrower...can't be bad

Zopa make borrowing and repaying very easy. In fact, over the last 10 or so years I have borrowed money from a few different providers and none have given me the ease of owning a loan than Zopa. I can pay back all owed should I choose with an instant settlement offer online, I can make extra payments with a instant description of the impact of the payment such as a reduction in monthly payment. Even when applying they tell you what rate they can offer before you agree you actually want the loan based on credit score (initial soft search required). All in all when/if accepted Zopa have given me the most manageable credit I have ever had and cannot recommend highly enough. Reviewed on: 19th December 2016
