Why I am delighted with my Chase Current Account.

I found setting up a current account, downloading the app, and using the app straightfoward- and I'm not a techie person. Chase have provided both a physical and electronic debit card. I am notified as soon as there are any transactions on my account. I do not incur charges when using abroad- the initial reason I opened a current account. When I required paper confirmation of a large electronic transaction, I was able to speak to a helpful member of the support team who explained how to generate a report straightaway. transferring money between savings and current account is easy and quick. I have recommended Chase to a number of my friends, especially those of my age who are reluctant virtual bank users. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
