Money Transfer between customers

My husband tried to transfer money from his Chase account to mine and due to the amount the bank didn’t let him transfer and called him to ensure that the transaction was genuine. They asked him a lot of questions to ensure that he was not forced to transfer the money. We were impressed with the bank response because it provided that Chase has responsibility with their customers and treat scammers very seriously. Great customer service. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
