Brilliant app, excellent customer service

I’ve been a customer from the early days beta days and the functionality has gone from strength to strength. Everything is clear and visable within the app from basic debits and credits, through to joint accounts, savings pots, budgeting, chat to customer services. It’s enabled me to implement budgeting across both a single and a joint account, I can easily view where and what I’m spending on, which can help me budget and manage me finances better both short and long term. I love how all the data is at my finger tips across all my devices. I e also used the card abroad in numerous countries with ease - no more ordering currency or accepting obscene charges. On the rare occasion I’ve face an issue (and the issues have been minimal and minor), customer service is easily contactable via in app chat and respond quickly. All in all I’m not sure how I managed without Monzo. Reviewed on: 14th January 2019
