I’ve been using PayPal for nearly 10 years now and never once had an issue with them. I can’t say I’ve particularly used their customer service from memory but I love the app and find it all easy to use Reviewed on: 3rd May 2026

Glad I joined chase

My bank account with chase was so simple to set up online and the app is easy to navigate. The rewards for banking with them are fantastic, I’m especially enjoying the 1% cash back on all spending (up to £15pm). Its showed me how all the little things add up. The boosted interest on savings accounts is also brilliant in comparison to my other bank Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
