Overall easy reliable banking

I have only once had issues with the app where I couldn't access my money, hence 4/5 stars. Other than that the service is always fantastic and it is quick and easy to get in touch with a real person. The app is brilliant and very easy to use, the attractive and competitive interest rates however seem to be slowly slipping away Reviewed on: 2nd March 2025
