Quick to makle false allegations.

A false allegation was made against me of misrepresentation. A simple check of the facts would have settled the issue quickly, but I found the call centre operatives belligerentm poorly informed and from some of their spelling and grammar, poorly educated. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Not so diligent with the due diligence

There is a lack of care taken by this company when checking the claims background. This leads to them being quick to accuse customers of misrepresentation without a proper basis of fact to do so. They were not easy to deal with when challenged but eventually we were able to deal with the matter but not without a disproportionate amount of effort. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2025

Using this app is easy and my banking details are kept confidential. It seems to appeal to young people - you can customise messages with gif images and say thank you your way! Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025
