The only bank I trust 100%

Monzo is the best bank I've ever used. It is easy and intuitive to use. The customer support get back to you very quickly and are very friendly. The most important thing to me though is the dialogue that Monzo has with its user community. They listen and they actively take on feedback. They admit flaws and they work on them. It builds a level of trust that I don't have with any other company, let alone a bank. And for that reason alone I love Monzo and I'll remain loyal Reviewed on: 14th January 2019
