Amazing

The app is brilliant, very insightful. Their customer service is by far the best I've ever received by any company. Whenever I've had an issue it's been resolved within an hour or so, without having to wait on hold. Everything's done in the app, it's so easy and makes travelling 10x easier than it's ever been!
