Easily the best experience I've ever had with a bank (and possibly any other service)

Monzo is so far ahead of their competition that I don't even think it's fair to compare them with other banks. And sure, some other banks have come along and offered "modern" banking solutions, but Monzo speaks your language and, most importantly, is friendly and accessible, from the app to the actual people working there (whom I've had the pleasure to meet in person a few times).
