Ease, Quality, transaparency

Simple, Monzo offer a simple and feature full current account. Transparency is a breath of fresh air, working in FS I know that can be hard to come by! Customer service is outstanding, never had many problems anyway that I have needed help with, and when I do they help in every way possible, and it is always a simple experience and fixed then and there when it is convenient for me. Fantastic bank, great company, and a role model for the big 5 that they should really be looking up to! Reviewed on: 14th January 2019
