Banking becomes a pleasure

Monzo showed me how poorly the traditional retail banks operated. I initially acquired a Monzo account to just use when abroad, but I loved their app and company ethos so much that I know use it as my primary account. It works so well and their customer service is superb. I recommend it to anyone and everyone who will listen! Reviewed on: 15th January 2019
