good cashback, responsive customer service.

good cashback, responsive customer service. App is easy enough to use, debit card arrived quickly. I like that they have the round up savings. The only down side is sometimes open banking doesn't work as well as the more mainstream commercial bank, for example I can't settle my credit card bill with bank transfer but can only pay by debit card.
