They’ve introduced a new UI which makes it feel more modern. Plus some basic spending insights and ApplePay. Where they fall is the harsh transaction fees when using your card abroad and more flexible savings options (eg. Rounding payments and saving the difference). I’m also hoping the allow for more detailed spending insights. I’m normally happy to pay for a Triodos account but I expect more things like this in return. I’d pay a little more for being able to use my card abroad, better insights and more flexible savings functionality. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

I’ve had a seamless experience with using Triodos and they actively work on customer feedback (e.g. Apple Pay) plus, I have that amazing feeling that my money is supporting an ethical finance model of sustainability. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Triodos brings a great current account experience without over complicating things. Its user friendly app makes managing money easy and its ethos around sustainability means I can have peace of mind about how my money is being used to help build a better planet. Furthermore, the listen to their customers and go about implementing feedback. The addition of ApplePay has only enhanced my experience! Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
