Speedy, polite, secure and ethical

It is a delight to quickly speak to a polite and efficient customer services rep. I have forgotten my access details a number of times because I don't need to access the amount often and you can speak to someone in a matter of minutes if not seconds and they are patient and thorough. I also love the focus they have on values and how they share stories about why they invest in and support the businesses they do and the social impact these businesses are having. They create a real community feel which is not something I was expecting with a bank Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
