I love banking with Triodos.

I love banking with Triodos. When I’ve had cause to contact them, they have always been available and helpful at the end of the phone. The app is easy to use and the info is shown really clearly. Initially, I balked at paying a monthly fee for a current account but I feel it is worth it for such good, reliable service. Reviewed on: 27th February 2026

Customer service is second to none.

Customer service is second to none. You always get through promptly and speak to someone who seems committed to solving your issues. The app is brilliant - really easy to use. Initially, I was sceptical about having to pay a monthly fee (£3) but I don't even think about it now because in every way, banking with Triodos has been superior to all my previous bank experiences.
