Fabulously modern banking.

It’s banking but without the shackles associated with legacy banks. Tansparency and friendliness are what makes Monzo so fantastic. I’ve spoken to their customer service folk several times and they always go over and above to sort out the very few problems I’ve faced, even when their current account was still in the testing phase. They do a great job of being inclusive and making their customers feel valued. I expect big things for them in the coming years and I’d recommend Monzo to anyone. Reviewed on: 15th January 2019
