Fantastic app - you plug it into your bank account, and it automatically saves you money. Gives interest. Automatically manages your saving goals and even allows you to automatically get you out of overdraft. The longer you use it, the better it works, as the AI behind it learns about your patterns and habits. It automates one of the most difficult things to do - saving your money. Get Chip now. Dreadful experience

I am a Premier Customer. Recently decided (to my dissapointment) to open a new business account with Barclays. Zero communications, worst branch service ever received (unable to make a transfer of my own from my own account in branch in person after over 1.5 hours spent in branch; no reason given; still unresolved after 2 months!!!).
