Great Customer Experience

I have been a customer of Monzo for the past four months. I have not complained about a single thing they do. The transactions are easy, transferring in a out is very fast, you can set yourself budgets, you can easily manage your dedicated monthly payments and you can even use the help of IFTTT, to save regularly. I use them for the 1p challenge and the 1p reverse challenge; both of which are building up nicely. A few things that I would comment on: possibly being able to create your own Categories. The default ones are excellent, but being able to be more specific would be outstanding, especially if you have OCD like myself. Secondly and not that I have anything wrong with it at all as I love it, but maybe give customer a choice of different coloured cards, or cards that they could add design, pattern or even pictures to. Thirdly, savings accounts with interest: I’m not sure whether or not this is being worked on, but not a lot of people have that £1000 to start off the account with, but would like to open one. Considering that 1% is higher than a lot of banks and building society’s have on offer, which you can access. Reviewed on: 15th January 2019
