Service at Key House

I can only speak about Key House which, being very local, I have always found service Chorley Building Society to be most helpful particularly as I am able to receive personal face-to-face advice with a 'human being' rather than a telephonic 'robot' which many banks or financial organisations seem to offer as the preferred contact point these days. If a desk clerk is unable to answer a particular query, a more senior member of staff can soon be summoned to resolve the problem without having wait for hours or days being shuffled from one department to another requiring me to repeat the query over and over. Always find staff helpful and are very pleasant with their customers. Interest rates are comparable with other societies. Very local and reliable especially with my bank branch having closed. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025
