Excellent experience

Visited the head office a few days ago to deposit money into existing savings accoiunt and to enquire about ISA's. I was given the information I required and the young lady printed off the application forms for me to take home so my husband & I could fill them in at our leisure. We returned the next day and completed the transactions to our complete satisfaction Reviewed on: 6th March 2026

Long time customer

Have been a customer for quite some time now both standard savings accounts and fixed rate bonds.. As existing customers we always get emails informing us of any new saving options. Also kept informed of any change to interest rates. During Covid with restrictions we were able to carry out our required banking needs with the usual excellent serice which still applies today Reviewed on: 5th March 2025
