Simple to use with quick and knowledgeable advisors

Well done, Moneyfarm! Hooked initially by three things: 1. a hands-off style of portfolio management 2. a great introductory bonus 3. low to zero fees Staying because there have been no problems with or changes to the above, and because the Moneyfarm team carry out requests quickly with minimal fuss and answer queries knowledgeably with a friendly manner. My only gripe is that they don't offer a higher "risk profile" which would allow me to be 100% global developed market equities. But I suppose they aren't allowed to do that, to "protect" me!
