The most helpful bank I've dealt with.

I've come unstuck several times since opening an account with Monzo, lost card, forgotten pin, blocked card in foreign country, double charged in foreign country. All have been dealt within in a few hours, fully resolved via the app chat bot service. Fantastic. Reviewed on: 16th January 2019
