My experience

I have always had online banking but recently I was unable to login due to a software update and the fact that my tablet wasn't compatible. I Needed to ask a question so i had to phone customer. Services. The person I spoke to was extremely professional helpful and polite. I have a new tablet now so I want need to make a phone call ( what a shame) Reviewed on: 30th January 2026

Great service and interest rates

I had a bond that matured in February..I didn't hesitate reinvesting in the RCI freedom saver, as the interest rate was very comparable for a easy access account. The transition was floorless Reviewed on: 11th March 2025
