Great experience with this bank

All of the communications are written in language that's easy to understand and their website is easy to navigate. They keep me well informed about changes to my account and recently they've upgraded their policies so that money is transferred to my current account with another bank more quickly and with set deadlines so I know in advance how soon my money will arrive.
