Easy to use, flexible savings account

Accessing my account online and via the app is quick and easy. On the rare occasions I have had to contact customer service, the response has been quick, friendly and helpful. The interest rate is quite competitive and the account meets my needs, with same/next day (dependent on the time of day requested) transfers between it and my current account when necessary. Competitive and easy to manage

The account was quick and easy to set up and the app is easy to use. The interest rate is competitive and the fixed term meets my needs. I have had minimal contact but customer support is excellent when I have needed it. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
