Withdrawals are always dealt with promptly so I receive my money within 24 hours. I receive acknowledgments of deposits and am reminded when monthly statements are ready for review. Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

I always receive an acknowledgement of my regular deposits and when I make a withdrawal it is dealt with within 2 days at most, often more quickly. I haven't had cause to ring the helpline recently but the team were very helpful when I did, some time ago. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025
