This bank feels a bit different to other banks. Website is very crisp and clear. Messages are dealt with efficiently. Their savings options are good. I would be reluctant to leave. I have recommended them to family. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Very clear website and app.

Very clear website and app. Easy to use. I choose to use RCI Bank for easy access savings and Fixed Year Bonds. Always get clear instructions when the Bond is about to mature. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025
