I have been banking with RCI for a few years now, they’ve seen my through a house purchase, a car purchase and daily spends. Whenever I’ve needed something I’ve found the online chat service quick and helpful, I like being about to sort things at any time of day and the online service gives me that option. I used to swap between banks regularly but with RCI, I’ve never felt the need. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025
