Above all its the feeling of trust .

Above all its the feeling of trust which governs my experience; trust in their lack of greed; trust in their rapid response to pass on to the customer any rise in the interest rate and to adhere the terms of that rise as closely as possible; trust that any requests will be acted upon in the shortest possible delay.
