Not happy that on opening a joint account on line

Not happy that on opening a joint account on line with my Husband we had a delay because we had to fiil in a form provided by mail even though we already had an account with you and all we really wanted to do was open a new account with money from the existing a/c. Our experience with other banks is that all we have to do is provide our existing anccount number. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025
