Good Service but Could Improve Communication

I recently used Abound for a personal loan and overall my experience was fairly positive. The application process was straightforward and easy to complete, and I appreciated how quick the initial decision was. However, communication could definitely be improved. There were delays in updates, and at times it was unclear what stage my application was at. This caused some unnecessary stress. That said, once everything was processed, the service was efficient and the terms were clearly explained. With better communication and more timely updates, this could be an excellent service.
