Boiler repair claim

I claimed for a boiler repair which had to be dealt with urgently because of escaping water. I contacted the original installer who repaired the boiler. Because I failed to contact Sainsbury's Insurance prior to the boiler failure I am now left with a bill of £480 which Sainsbury's refuse to accept as a claim. I will never insure with Sainsbury;s Reviewed on: 14th March 2025
