Online but feels local

Whilst Mettle is very much an online bank, it feels more friendly than just another app. There’s good communication for an upcoming outages, on the rare occasions I’ve needed customer support, they’ve been prompt, helpful, friendly and polite. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
