Really easy bank to work with.

Really easy bank to work with. FAQ are great and if you cant find exactly what you need, their chat function is really responsive and helpful. I have reached out a couple of times and teh timeliness and support is great. Reviewed on: 25th March 2026

Small business ease of use and cost is important

As a small business ease of use and cost is so important. I love the help function on the app and have found the agents so responsive and accessible. The fact that FreeAgent accounting software is linked and free is amazing and helps me, someone who is very much not accounts focused, keep on track of everything!
