Mettle hepled me when I started my business, offering fantastic free bank and banking support, when I started my business, I wasn't able to get a "normal" bank account for a business and when I was advised to get a business bank account I tried 2 others (that didn't helpn and support) until I found Mettle, the first week I had a multiple messages from welcoming to offering amazing amounts of support and that made me feel like someone actually cared about myself and my business, that was nearly 3 years ago and they still offer that fantastic first time support. From every concern that I have had in regards to fraud, I've actioned a query and within 5 minutes my query was opened and turned into case, weather this was fully actioned or just some levle if support the team had no issues on dealing with it, The level of professionalism from the support team is unbeatable, highly impressed and very well mannered team, Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
