Fantastic business banking

I have been banking with mettle for around 3 years now. They have been fantastic at keeping me informed about any changes or updates to do with my account. They also supported me when the type of account I had, needed to change - this process was entirely seamless, and they were super communicative along the way. The app is also really easy to use, and everything is laid out nicely / clearly ! Reviewed on: 21st March 2026

5 star bank, and a happy customer!

I have banked with Mettle for 2 years now, and I’ve never had a single issue. The app is super user friendly, and the process of sending and transferring money, as well as creating money pots is seamless. During my time banking with them I had to go through the process of changing my type of account, which I was slightly nervous of, however they made the whole process really easy. I had regular communication, and was able to troubleshoot at ease using their ‘get help’ function in the app. I’m super happy with Mettle, and will continue to bank with them for my business !
