Mettle has prevented fraud on my business banking account a couple of times and given good customer service. The app is easy to use and links to my Free Agent account, which I get access to for free with the Mettle account. Reviewed on: 19th March 2026

Quick Support from Mettle Staff via the app.

Quick Support from Mettle Staff via the app. The app is easy to use though the chat function can be frustrating as it when the phone screen locks (whilst waiting for next message in the chat) you have to unlock the app again, and then it goes back to the homepage instead of displaying the chat. Overall great business banking though. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
