Review of the Mettle by NatWest, Business banking:

brilliant for my business needs.

Mettle is brilliant for my business needs. It was advised it by my accountant so it can link to the accounting software we use, and that connection is seamless. I’m not sure it would be the same with another bank. The fact that Mettle is backed by NatWest also means that I’ve been able to deal with some difficult third parties that don’t traditionally accept online banks. I know that full online banks wouldn’t have been accepted otherwise, so it was a relief to be able to continue business thanks to using Mettle. The customer service is really good and personable, Every time I’ve needed to be in touch. I’ve had a response to my query with no time to waste and absolute satisfaction. The app is pretty good and really easy to set up and get going, which is really what you want from a banking system for your business. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
