Great for simple fuss free use

Mostly used with little interaction, but the app is easy and I can do what I need to through it. I've recently had to deal with customer service to make some changes to the account. They were very helpful, everything was done quickly, simply and without delay. Reviewed on: 18th February 2026

Easy to use daily and great help when needed

I've had a a couple of occasions when I've needed to deal with customer services (changing from an e-money account to a bank account. Everything was dealt with swiftly and knowledgeably on their part. In the day to day use of the app and the account, I've got no problems and I've recommended mettle verbally to others on a number of occasions Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
