Great customer service

Great customer service…always there to help with advice and guidance…the only issue I’ve had recently is the fact that I wasn’t able to withdraw cash from the post office…this would be so convenient for me if I could, as my bank is further away…I did report this but no response as yet. All in all is a really good bank and the app is easy to navigate and use and of course it’s free banking as I’m a sole trader it’s so beneficial. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
