Great for a small business like us

We’ve used mettle since we started our small business and we couldn’t be happier with the service we receive. The customer service chat is always with a real person so very helpful. We also love the invoicing on the app which we always use to invoice our customers, and the pots are really helpful too. Reviewed on: 21st March 2026

Great for our small business

As a small business we've been using them since we started 3 years ago and we're still happy with the service which they're often improving. We use their invoice system which is easy to use and we like their money pots as well. Customer service is easy to contact using the app and we always get a speedy reply. We now get interest in our savings pot and we don't have to pay anything to use the bank account which is great for a small business like us. And another plus is that we can connect our bank account with our accountants software which save so much time having to send over several statements all the time. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025
