No Faffing about, Zopa sorts it out!

As a pensioner with a fixed income and little in the way of savings, when I needed my bathroom updating, the prospects were not hopeful! Then my daughter told me about Zopa. She had been a customer, and encouraged me to ring them. Customer service was very helpful and pleasant, and explained everything down to dotting the 'i's and crossing the 't's. I felt so confident, that I agreed the loan I needed there and then! Repayments are simple, as are statements, so I know exactly what's going on! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zopa to my family and friends, although I wouldn't normally recommend any financial product. Reviewed on: 19th December 2016
