Easy, good rates and good customer service

I have had two loans with zopa. On both occasions it was easy and stress free. The second loan was to consolidate my first loan and borrow extra. This was done on the phone in just a couple of minutes. Managing your account online is simple and the website is easy to navigate. In particular there is a clear and easy to understand breakdown of your loan repayments and how much you have left. I also like the fact that you can pay off extra without penalty, just go online, make an extra payment and you're done. Overall I am extremely pleased with my zopa loan.
