Unfailingly helpful and great products.

I have been with Shawbrook for 11 years now and they have always provided exceptional customer service. It has been responsive, swift and has produced excellent results. I have been in touch by email, in writing and on the phone and they have been unfailingly proactive. The last time, however, when I was transferring an ISA in, I did have trouble finding the relvant phone number on the website. Reviewed on: 20th March 2025
