Nothing works & customer services don't care

App - doesn't work. Internet banking online - doesn't work. Every single time I contact customer services get the same reply: ' Oh well, do you really need to access your account? If so, maybe try tomorrow?' Reviewed on: 23rd January 2021

Reliable and effortless banking

My favourite bank. The app is quick and easy to use, with great looking design. (Almost) instant money transfers. If any problems, you can contact customer services directly through the app, and they are always helpful. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2021

The best bank there currently is

I have multiple bank accounts with different providers (many for different purposes). And Monzo is currently definitely the best bank there is on the market for day to day dealings. The banking (just like their customer support) is responsive and fast, which is definitely a must in nowadays world. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2019
