300% increase in premium

Policy Expert increased my premium from £261pa to more than £900 without giving me prior notice nor explaining the reason for the increase. Because I was away for summer holidays at the time I didn't notice the discrepancy for more than 30 days and so when I cancelled my policy I was charged for that period at the higher rate.
